Seth Coulter opened this clinic in Russellville, AR in 1989. Thirty-five years later, it's still the same practice — which means when you come in, you're not one of forty patients on a rotating schedule. You're someone your therapist remembers from last week.

Most clinics in the area handle general injury rehab. We do that too, but we're also who your doctor sends you to for the harder cases: electrodiagnostic NCV/EMG evaluations, work assessments, wheelchair evaluations, dry needling and dry cupping.
