Coulter Physical Therapy - Russellville Staff

Seth Coulter, PT, is the owner and President of Coulter Physical Therapy. Seth has served as the chairman of the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy for many years. He also is the president of Rehabilitation Network of Arkansas, a network of independent physical therapy practices. Seth and his wife, Janice, have 3 daughters: Katie, Kelsey, and Courtney
Phil Howard.jpg Phillip "Phil" Howard, PT, received his masters in physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and is Seth's right hand man. Phil and his wife, Lori, have two daughters, Nikki and Jill. Phil began working at Coulter Physical Therapy in 1997.
Michelle Henderson.gjpg Michelle Henderson, PT, and her husband, David, reside in Dardanelle with their children, David and Rebecca. Michelle received her MSPT from the University of Central Arkansas. Coulter's provides physical therapy services for Dardanelle Hospital and that is where Michelle spends a great deal of her time.
Kim McDougal.jpg Kim McDougal, PT, is the newest member of the Coulter PT staff. She works at both the Russellville clinic and at Dardanelle Hospital. She and her husband, Jamie, live in Russellville with their son,Kyle . Jamie is a personal trainer. He and Kim just opened Back to Basics where Jamie provides personal training.
Karen Brossard.jpg Karen Brossard, PTA, has worked at Coulter PT for a very long time. She began as a physical therapy aide and returned to school at UCA to receive her degree as a physical therapy assistant. Karen and her husband, Randy, reside in Dardanelle where there son, Brandon, plays football for the Sand Lizards. Karen began working here in 1991.
Chellia Hunt.jpg Chellia Hunt, PTA, and her husband David reside in Russellville with their two kids. Chellia like Michelle works at great deal of the time at Dardanelle Hospital. She also does home health and provides physical therapy services at the local nursing homes.
Elaina Lee.jpg Elaina Lee, PTA, is currently attending ATU's nursing program and works part time at Coulter Physical therapy. Last year she relocated to Russellville from Fort Smith at which time she came to work at Coulter PT. If Elaina looks out of focuse, its cause of all those hours of student nursing.
Susan Hall.jpg Susan Hall, Office Manager, resides in Russellville with her husband, Steve. They have three grown children, Jennifer Quinalty, Stephanie Bauer, and Matt Hall. Susan began working at Coulter Physical Therapy in 1995.
Laura Clark,jpg Laura Clark, Administrative Assistant, says she has no life but we know for a fact that she and her husband run a farm and have two very active children.
Helen Tadel.jpg Helen Tadel, Bookkeeper, says "don't do it" but it was too late. Helen received her degree in Health Information Mgmt. at ATU. She and her husband Tim reside in Russellville with their three boys Casey, Craig and Chase. All them boys keep her busy. Helen started at Coulter PT in 1991.
Heather Laster.jpg Heather Laster, RHIA, Privacy Officer and Medicare Billing Specialist, resides in Berryville with her husband, David, and their daughter Caitlyn. Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Mangemenet from ATU in 1996. She first worked for Coulters while going to school at ATU and has been back with Coulters since 2000.

Jan Abernathy, Office Manager. Jan resides in Crossett with her two daughters Sara Beth and Hannah. She serves as Robin's right hand at the clinic, running the front desk and acting as his aide as well.
Picture coming soon. Robin McElroy, PT, is the newest member of the Coulter Physical Therapy staff. He recently joined the Crossett office as the physical therapist.
